The Hotel Management Department of PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management recently hosted two vibrant workshops on Egyptian cuisine for PUA’s students from China studying the Arabic Language. From the aromatic Egyptian Koshari to the rich flavors of Moussaka, and the delightful sweetness of Rice Pudding and Umm Ali, our visiting students had the opportunity to dive into the heart of Egyptian culinary traditions. Accordingly, they expressed their sheer joy in tasting and learning about these iconic dishes, fostering cultural exchange and appreciation. The Faculty extends its thanks and gratitude to all those involved for making this delightful experience possible.
