You are invited to submit your abstract for the 3rd PUA-IC-IPS, 2022, where innovative and comprehensive overview of the latest research developments in Pharmaceutical Sciences will be shared.
Abstracts should be submitted prior to 1st of March, 2022.

Abstract guidelines:

The abstract submitted to PUA-IC-IPS should meet the following criteria:
  • The submitted abstract will be considered the final abstract form that will be printed in the abstract book.
  • The submitted title of the presentation and list of authors are final, and may not be changed.
  • The abstract title must be concise, not longer than 20 words. The abstract should not exceed 300 words, not including the title.
  • The authors’ names should include; the First name, Middle name initials then Last name.
  • The presenting author should be underlined.
  • Complete affiliation (Department name, Faculty name, University name, Country), email address for every author should be included as well as the corresponding author’s email in Times New Roman, font size 12 pt & Italics.
  • Title and author’s name(s), should be in bold, Times New Roman, font size 12 pt.
  • The abstract should be in Times New Roman font size 12 pt, single line spacing.
  • No more than two abstracts for each author should be submitted.
  • The file of the abstract should be renamed by the name of the corresponding author before being uploaded.
  • Then the abstract should be uploaded in the attached google form as a word document and the guidelines should all be fulfilled.

E- Poster format guidelines:

The e-poster should be uploaded as an electronic online version on the conference website. All accepted posters should be uploaded prior to the conference due date that will be notified in the acceptance letter.

Guidelines to complete your E-poster:

After the acceptance of the submitted abstract for e- poster, the following rules should be followed:
  • Include the Code Number of the accepted abstract in the Title.
  • File Size: the maximum file size is 20 Megabytes (20MB).
  • Pictures, graphs and tables can be included in the e-Poster.
  • No videos and music are allowed in the e-Poster.
  • Layout /Size of Poster: Portrait (Vertical Orientation), please comply with the dimensions and borders of the attached template below.
  • File Format: Save your file as a PDF in order to upload your e-Poster (no other format will be accepted).
  • The file of the E-Poster should be renamed by the name of the corresponding author before being uploaded.

An electronic certificate will be sent to the corresponding author via e-mail after the conference

Poster presentation:

  • All posters will be located in the conference dedicated area. Authors should mount their poster on 14 May, 2022 between 9 am - 11 am. Authors should be present during poster session to answer questions, expand on the material and take part in discussions and must be wearing the official meeting badge.
  • Accepted abstracts scheduled for poster session presentation will be grouped by topic. You will be notified by the code number of your poster via e-mail. Also check the meeting program onsite.

Poster Layout Instructions:

  • Each author will have net MAXIMUM useable space in a portrait/vertical format that measures 33” (0.8 m) wide x 43” (1.1 m) high, on a large display board.
Poster Sample:
  • Materials should be mounted on thin, glossy colored poster paper or cardboard and mounted on the poster board under the assigned poster number that will be posted on your board prior to setup provided.
  • Posters should be readable from a distance of 1 - 2 meters. Therefore, your text must be not less than 16 points to enable easy reading.
Liability:
All poster presenters are responsible for putting up and removing their own poster on the scheduled time notified.
