We are writing to inform you of the upcoming Midterm Examinations, which are scheduled to take place on Sunday 29/3/2026 at 9:00 am at your faculty.
The Mid-Term Exams are a crucial component of your coursework, as their marks (20 marks) represent 20% of the total course marks.

Please note that your sessions during the holy month “Ramadan” will be as follows:-

For levels E0, E1, E2 and E3
Morning Sessions:
Will start at 9:00 am instead of 8:30 am and will end at 10:55 am instead of 11:00 am.
Afternoon Sessions:
Will start at 11:40 am instead of 12:30 pm and will end at 1:35 pm instead of 3:00 pm.

For levels E4 and E5
Morning Sessions:
Will start at 9:00 am instead of 8:30 am and will end at 10:15 am instead of 10:30 am.
Afternoon Sessions:
Will start at 11:40 am instead of 12:30 pm and will end at 12:55 pm instead of 2:30 pm.

Online sessions run all day long as usual (7:00 am – 11:59 pm)
