Teaching Assistant (Demonstrator) Vacancies Faculty of Legal Studies and International TransactionsPharos University in Alexandria

The Faculty of Legal Studies and International Transactions at Pharos University in Alexandria announces its need to appoint Teaching Assistants (Demonstrators) in the following departments:

Public Law

Civil Law

Islamic Sharia

Criminal Law

Commercial Law

Economics and Public Finance

One Teaching Assistant will be appointed in each department, except for the Department of Islamic Sharia, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

For all departments except the Department of Islamic Sharia:

Applicants must be graduates of the Faculty of Legal Studies and International Transactions, Pharos University in Alexandria, from one of the following graduating classes:

2023–2024

2024–2025

2025–2026

Applicants must have obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with an overall grade of Excellent.

Male applicants must provide proof of military service status, and female applicants must provide proof of public service status.

For the Department of Islamic Sharia:

Applicants must be graduates of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Class of 2025.

Applicants must have obtained an overall grade of Excellent.

Required Documents

An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) in both Arabic and English.

A copy of the Bachelor’s degree certificate.

A copy of the transcript showing grades for all years of study.

A copy of a valid National ID card.

The Faculty of Legal Studies and International Transactions at Pharos University in Alexandria announces its need to appoint Assistant Lecturers in the following departments, subject to the conditions below:

Required Specializations

1- Assistant Lecturer – Department of Public Law

Applicants must be graduates of the Faculty of Legal Studies and International Transactions at Pharos University in Alexandria.

Assistant Lecturer – Department of Islamic Sharia

Applicants must be graduates of one of the Faculties of Sharia and Law at Egyptian universities, from the graduating classes of 2020–2021 or later.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a minimum overall grade of Very Good.

Hold a Master’s degree in the relevant specialization with a minimum overall grade of Very Good.

Provide proof of military service status (for male applicants) or public service status (for female applicants).

Required Documents

An up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) in both Arabic and English.

A copy of the Bachelor’s degree certificate.

A copy of the Master’s degree certificate.

An official transcript showing grades for all years of study.

A certified copy of the Master’s thesis (for applicants who obtained their Master’s degree through a thesis), to be presented during the personal interview.

A copy of a valid National ID card.
