Arabic Language Center (ALC)
Arabic language Center (ALC) is a specialized academic center which follows P.U.A institution, the center offers accredited certificates issued by the university.
The center aims to serve all the activities of the Arabic language inside and outside the university; it also characterized by the study that follows the latest educational methods that improve student language skills.
With the starting of Autumn 2013 / 2014, Arabic language Centre (ALC) continues in the performance of its mission of teaching Arabic as a first language in our society.
In addition to the fact that the Arabic language is one of the vital languages that has a Prominent rank on the global level in the contemporary society.

History
In the Spring of 2013, Pharos University took the decision number (12) ,2013 to launch the Arabic language Center (ALC) to be responsible for all activities and teaching Arabic language within the university. Not only is it one more step on the road to sustainable development, but also one which strives to meet the diverse needs and interests of students. It is a step which also aims at preserving and promoting the Arabic language.
Vision
The Arabic Language Center at Pharos University strives to become an educational edifice, where both Egyptian and non-Egyptian students, acquire and learn the Arabic language and culture, in the interest of preserving and promoting the Arabic language.
Mission
The Arabic Language Center at Pharos University PUA welcomes native and non-native speakers of Arabic and helps them reach a level of proficiency in a learner friendly environment.
Objectives
1. Using the Arabic language as a means of communication.
2. Correcting common linguistic errors.
3. Enabling students to express themselves using this language through MSA (Modern Standard Arabic).
4. Developing a comprehensive reading knowledge of Arabic.
