On Sunday, March 20, 2022, students of the third year in Hotel Management Department, produced the third menu of the Food Production Techniques course. This menu included the following dishes:

  • Quiche Shirmp Salmon
  • Avocado Shrimp salad
  • seafood Cream Soup

Training the students on producing this menu was led by Chef. Mohammad Al Nahas from Hilton King’s Ranch Hotel.
