Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management ended the international virtual sessions of semester 2021-2022, by the practical session in Mexican Cuisine presented by the professional Mexican Chef Jorge Rosales, gave a hands-on lecture to the faculty students, introducing the history and distinctive recipes of Mexican cuisine, and then practically implementing the traditional Mole recipe in front of the students.

The lecture was attended by students of “Menu Planning and Design” and “Restaurant Management” courses. Since the faculty extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Chef Rosales for his professionalism and all the experiences and skills he shared with the students.

These international virtual sessions series, reflects aspects of international joint cooperation between Pharos University and its partners from international universities and international experts, aiming of providing excellent opportunities for the faculty’s students and to prepare a graduate with a high level of experience capable of competing in the local labour market and regional and international.
