Eighth semester students of the Architectural Engineering Department conducted a field trip to the Nariman Hotel in Montazah Gardens as part of the Execution Design 4 course (EA422).

 

This purpose of this visit was to introduce the student to the plumbing, electricity, air conditioning and firefighting works. It was supervised by the course lecturer, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Aseem, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Reham Nadi Faragallah, along with Dr. Nadia Samir.

 

The students were received by the project’s executive engineer, who gave them the opportunity to learn how to execute and install work arts on site. In addition to learning about modern systems used in sanitary work, as well as the methods of distributing electrical, air conditioning works, and fire-fighting systems and their installation in different areas.

 

Hence, help in linking between the academic theoretical side and the applied practical side.
