Bone Mineral Density Seminar

PUA’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology hosted a seminar on “Bone Mineral Density” (BMD), to enhance medical awareness of modern diagnostic technologies. The seminar, featuring Dr. Mohamed Al-Safwani, emphasized the strategic importance of BMD testing in the early detection of osteoporosis and the prevention of its complications.

The session reviewed the latest devices and techniques used for accurate diagnosis, while highlighting the vital role of proper nutrition and regular physical activity in maintaining bone health.
