PUA’s Tourism Hosts MENA’s 1st Room the International Network of Museums

PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management has exclusively hosted MENA’s first room (No. 89) affiliated with the International Network of the Museums of Tourism. The Museum is an international, non-profit initiative that includes a wide network of more than 100 rooms around the world, whose main goal is to disseminate the history of tourism. The museum is not located in a specific place, but rather a global museum with a wide scope. The location of the museum is the world itself, and in particular, any place that has a room belonging to the museum. Now, this compelling story has found its way to our campus. Our partners from the industry, faculty staff members, and enthusiastic students came together to celebrate this milestone. The event was also graced by the virtual presence of a distinguished guest, Mr. Alberto Bosque, the visionary coordinator of the Museum of Tourism initiative.
