PUA Celebrates Its Student-Athletes

In line with PUA’s commitment to supporting athletic excellence and encouraging student-athletes to reach new heights, the Student Activities Department hosted a celebration honoring students who achieved top places in the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation Championships and the All Africa University Games during the 2025/2026 academic year. PUA’s athletes secured a total of 11 medals, comprising 3 gold, 4 silver, and 4 bronze medals across Judo, Athletics, and Kung Fu, alongside securing first place and the gold medal in the women’s basketball championship.

The ceremony took place at PUA’s Student Theater, attended by the Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Faculty Deans, Student Activities staff, and student-athletes representing individual and team sports.

The event featured the official recognition of the winning students, who received financial awards, university-branded medals, and certificates of appreciation in honor of their outstanding performance. PUA continues to champion student athletic programs, fostering integrated youth development across both academic and athletic disciplines.
