In realization of the Faculty’s societal role and its mission in community service and environmental development, the Hotel Management Department has delivered a course in “Professional Bakery Skills” for the university community of students, faculty members, and personnel. Chef/ Hani Al-Saeed, Head of Bakery Department at Grand Plaza Hotel prepared a range of pastries such as French bread, Turkish bread, focaccia bread, pâté, croissant, donuts, and bâton salé. Accordingly, the participating trainees were delighted with this successful experience and thanked the organizers of the course.
