Preserving University Resources and Facilities
Consolidating a culture of resource preservation begins with recognizing their value and taking responsibility for their proper use. In this context, PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management held an awareness workshop titled “Preservation of Faculty Resources”, aimed at raising student consciousness regarding public assets and consumption rationalization.
The workshop addressed the vital importance of preserving faculty resources and facilities, rationalizing water and electricity consumption, and ensuring the optimal use of available assets. Presentations emphasized fostering positive behaviors and shared responsibility in safeguarding university property and infrastructure, thereby contributing to a sustainable educational environment for all academic community members.
This event aligns with the ongoing efforts of the Community Service and Environmental Development Center to cultivate a culture of sustainability and heighten environmental awareness among students. PUA continues to encourage responsible practices that protect resources and maximize their efficient utilization both on campus and across the broader community.
