Health Sciences Launches its Qualification Week
PUA’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology launched the activities of the Field Training Qualification Week for the 2025-2026 academic year. This initiative crowns the continuous and diligent efforts of PUA’s Field Training Center (FTC). These strategic events aim to prepare the student body and equip them with a package of applied tools ensuring their practical and professional excellence across various health and medical sectors.
The opening sessions featured extensive interactive discussions introducing students to the vital importance of field training in refining their technical and technological skills, while directly linking academic knowledge acquired in classrooms with direct practical application within active work environments and healthcare institutions. The presentations focused on raising future specialists’ awareness regarding comprehensive quality standards and professional ethics, alongside methods for flexibly handling rapid technological advancements in modern medical systems, thereby elevating their readiness to compete strongly in the labor market.
The qualification week is scheduled to sustain its intensive activities over the coming days through the hosting and broad participation of several partner external medical entities and major hospital strongholds. These integrated partnerships provide students with a golden opportunity to directly engage with medical field experts and benefit from their experiences, translating PUA’s continuous drive to deliver outstanding applied health technology education that serves the community and supports sustainable development plans.
