The Hotel Management Department organized a workshop titled “Food Safety and Health”. This workshop was presented by Dr. Mirna El-Shatby, Food Safety and Health Specialist at the Grand Plaza Hotel. This workshop came within the framework of consolidating the cooperation with the industry.

 

A number of students, faculty members, and university employees participated in the workshop as a part of the faculty’s endeavor to spread awareness and the culture of food safety and health among all its personnel.
