Environmental Awareness Activity on Recycling

Under the supervision of PUA’s Student Activities Department, the Faculty of Pharmacy hosted an educational awareness activity aimed at promoting environmental literacy and fostering a culture of recycling and resource conservation among students.

The initiative focused on highlighting the critical role of recycling, natural resource optimization, consumption management, and pollution reduction both on campus and in the broader community. The event saw active participation from approximately 70 students, alongside attendance from faculty members and teaching assistants.

This activity reflects both the Faculty’s and university’s commitment to reinforcing the philosophy that protecting the planet is a shared responsibility that begins with simple daily actions leading to significant positive environmental impacts.
