With the start of a new semester, PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management seeks to develop students’ basic skills in hotel culinary arts, in collaboration with industry experts.

Within this context, Mr. Nasr El Din Mohamed, Head Chef, Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza Hotel, trained the 3rd year students in the Hotel Management Department on the first applied lectures entitled “Main Sauces and Basics of Knife Skills”. This comes as part of the practical lectures of the Food Production Techniques course.
