Fruits and Vegetables Sculpting Training Course

In light of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management’s keenness on achieving an effective role in community service and environmental development, the Hotel Management Department organized a training course for sculpting fruits and vegetables and decorating buffets for the PUA’s community of students, faculty members, and personnel.
The course attendees were trained by Chef. Hani Saeed, Head of the “Garde Manger” Department at the Grand Plaza Hotel to carve a group of fruits and vegetables, and form shapes out of them.
The attendees were highly satisfied with the course activities, therefore, the Hotel Management Department would like to thank Chef. Hani Saeed for his efforts in making this session a success.
