Special Needs Care Center’s 16th Meeting

PUA’s Special Needs Care Center held its 16th meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Head of the Center. The meeting included members and coordinators from various faculties, along with the Center’s official, to discuss improving student support mechanisms.

During the meeting, several key points were addressed, most notably the emphasis on treating students facing psychological, health, or social challenges with utmost care. Discussions focused on encouraging these students to maintain communication and persevere in their studies. Dr. Etman highlighted the necessity of defining clear objectives for student consultations and ensuring consistent follow-up, which plays a vital role in providing psychological stability. This approach aims to accurately identify their difficulties and needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
