Small Project Planning and Execution

PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design held a workshop titled “Small Project Planning and Execution,” supervised by the Student Activities Department. The event aimed to develop student skills and bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application in the labor market. The workshop focused on the fundamentals of establishing and managing startups, with a specific emphasis on professional and effective marketing strategies.

The sessions covered key pillars, including developing strategic marketing plans, building project visual identities, and utilizing social media to reach target audiences. The workshop saw significant student engagement through the presentation of practical examples and successful small business models, alongside open discussions regarding the real-world challenges facing entrepreneurs at the start of their ventures. This initiative aligns with the Faculty’s vision to empower students as creators and producers capable of launching their own projects and contributing to economic development.
