PUA Visits “Ayadi Al-Mustaqbal” Hospital

As part of its community service role, Pharos University was represented by Prof. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, on a visit to “Ayadi Al-Mustaqbal” (Hands of the Future) Hospital – one of Alexandria’s leading institutions providing free oncology treatment.

PUA’s delegation was received by the hospital’s senior officials, including Major General Dr. Amr Abbasi, Director General of the Hospital; Dr. Amr Abu El-Saud, Chairman of the Board; and Dr. Azza Hussein, Head of the Infection Control Department and Training Officer. Discussions centered on strengthening joint cooperation across healthcare and training.

The visit shed light on the hospital’s prominent humanitarian role, as well as the potential for providing hands-on training placements for students enrolled in health-related programs at the University – an initiative that would support the development of well-qualified graduates ready to serve their community. Prof. Etman reaffirmed PUA’s commitment to forging effective partnerships with medical institutions, in pursuit of improved quality of life and a stronger community service impact.
