Promoting Mental and Physical Balance with Yoga
PUA’s Student Activities Department held a distinctive sports day dedicated to female students, featuring a specialized yoga session within an atmosphere full of vitality and positive energy. This event aligns with the Department’s commitment to supporting both recreational and competitive sports, while raising student awareness regarding the importance of integrated physical and mental health.
The event witnessed remarkable engagement and wide participation from the students. The physical exercises and breathing techniques contributed directly to creating a state of mental relaxation and psychological and physical balance, while inspiring them to adopt sports as a sustainable daily lifestyle. This initiative falls within the Department’s continuous efforts to deliver qualitative programs and events aimed at supporting female students, fostering a spirit of activity, and strengthening positive interaction within the campus community.
