Mixed Media Workshop

PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design hosted a distinguished artistic workshop titled “Mixed Media Techniques and the Use of Diverse Materials,” under the supervision of the Student Activities Department. The event reflected the Faculty’s ongoing commitment to nurturing students’ creative potential and broadening the horizons of their artistic practice.
The workshop delivered a rich, hands-on experience that introduced participants to Mixed Media techniques, which is an approach that combines multiple materials and artistic styles within a single work, challenging the boundaries of traditional artistic mediums and opening the door to limitless experimentation.
Over the course of the sessions, students explored the possibilities offered by a diverse range of materials, including paper, paints, photographs, and textural elements, learning to weave them together into cohesive artworks that blend visual richness with a distinctly contemporary sensibility. The experience sharpened their aesthetic instincts and deepened their capacity for creative innovation.
