On its third and final day, the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden (KTH) concluded its fruitful visit to PUA’s Faculty of Engineering with a meeting with key PUA officials. Those officials included Prof. Dr. Nourhan Fanaki, PUA’s Vice President, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Melegy, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, and Prof. Dr. Mohamad Naiem, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. It also included Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdul Rahman, Advisor to the Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mennat Allah Gewayed, Director, International Relations Department, as well as department heads.

During this meeting. the two parties reviewed the achievements of the visit, which included reviewing exams, meetings with students, discussing graduation projects and student exchange. They also recognized the quality of the educational process in the various departments, the development of scientific research and graduation projects, and the state-of-the-art lab equipment.

Finally, KTH’s representatives wished the Faculty further progress and development that would enable it to compete with key universities on the international arena.
