PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management concluded an exceptional week alongside Executive Chef Christian Daou from City Centre Rotana, Doha. Students immersed themselves in intensive practical training on international culinary arts, mastering a diverse range of recipes, from French classics to distinctive Levantine dishes, under his direct supervision and extensive expertise.

  • From Producer to Table: a field trip to Gourmet Egypt, exploring premium ingredients.
  • Mediterranean Flavors Day: Students crafted Hummus, Moutabbal, Sayadiyah Fish, and more!
  • Food Festival: A vibrant showcase of student creations, where they sold their dishes to guests!
  • Graduation Ceremony: Proud moment as outstanding students received certificates for completing the intensive apprenticeship program.
