Highlights from the 3rd Day of the National Identity Conference

PUA students concluded their impactful participation in the third and final day of the “National Identity: Deep Roots and a Renewed Vision,” conference hosted at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Held alongside government ministers, intellectuals, and academic experts, the conference provided PUA students with direct access to national thought leaders, sharpening their critical dialogue skills and enhancing their civic awareness regarding vital national issues.

The third day commenced with a scientific session titled “Institutions and Policies Shaping Identity,” focusing on the institutional frameworks required to strengthen national belonging. Subsequent panel sessions covered key interdisciplinary topics, including “Art, Heritage, Identity, and Future Prospects,” “Strategies for Fostering Identity Across Family, School, and Civil Society,” “Innovation and Strengthening National Identity,” and “Education and Identity: Between Curricula and Teaching Methodologies.” These comprehensive discussions allowed students to analyze how modern educational methods, innovation, and cultural heritage intersect to safeguard national identity.

This engagement reflects PUA’s commitment to bridging academic education with cultural and societal developments, equipping students to understand and navigate modern global shifts while upholding Egyptian heritage and national identity.
