In exercise of supporting its postgraduates and students, the Petrochemical Engineering Department held a celebration at the Faculty of Engineering. This was to celebrate the graduates of the class of 2021-2022, and the postgraduate students who have successfully passed the pre-engineering year.

The ceremony began with an opening speech by the Prof. Dr. Abbas Anwar, Head of the Petrochemical Engineering Department. This was followed by speeches by the industry experts, then the postgraduate students. The ceremony was also concluded with a speech by student / Yasmine Al-Sarfi, who came top of her class of 2022.

At the end of the celebration, a dialogue was launched with the students to listen and answer their various academic and practical inquiries. In addition to clarifying the significance of enrolling in postgraduate programs, and its benefit in acquiring academic and technical skills.

It is also worth noting that the postgraduate program at the Petrochemical Engineering Department is distinguished by providing the necessary research capabilities and using modern teaching methods.
