Geniuses Competition

Aligning with PUA’s commitment to nurturing student talent and promoting intellectually stimulating campus activities, the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology held the “Al-Abaqera” (The Geniuses) academic competition under the supervision of the Student Activities Department. Hosted by Dr. Amira Abdel Fattah in the presence of faculty members, the competition divided participating students into two competing teams that answered diverse general knowledge questions across various scientific, historical, and cultural disciplines.

The initiative aimed to elevate cultural literacy among students, identify exceptional intellectual talents, and encourage broader knowledge acquisition while sharpening analytical thinking and rapid problem-solving skills under time constraint. Furthermore, the competition created a constructive environment that reinforced teamwork, camaraderie, and meaningful engagement between students and faculty members.

This educational event underscores the Faculty’s commitment to developing well-rounded health professionals by integrating specialized technical education with broad cultural literacy and collaborative problem-solving capabilities.
