Today, our students were absolutely fortunate to have an amazing experience with a real talented culinary expert.

Undoubtedly, lots of great information and techniques will find the way from his class straight to our educational kitchen. This master class has assisted our future chefs at the department and taught them many valuable ideas.

Our students later will prepare the delectable fresh desserts created with strawberries and mascarpone themselves and receive feedback from Chef Adam.
