“Build Your Concept” Workshop
Aligning with PUA’s strategy to enhance student creative and applied capabilities, the Faculty of Arts and Design hosted a specialized workshop titled “Build Your Concept.” Organized under the supervision of the Student Activities Department, the event brought together academic staff and interior design students eager to advance their conceptual design skills.
Dr. Walaa Anwar presented comprehensive instruction on developing student capacity to construct and refine architectural design concepts within interior design. The presentation explored the full design journey workflow, training participants to translate initial ideas into integrated, execution-ready design solutions. Practical exercises focused on mastering spatial organization, ensuring a balance between aesthetic appeal and functional performance.
This workshop underscores the Faculty’s dedication to cultivating an inspiring academic environment that drives creative innovation. By bridging theoretical instruction with practical spatial applications, PUA continues to empower students to generate contemporary architectural solutions tailored to evolving industry standards.
