“Be Happy” Seminar
PUA’s Faculty of Languages and Translation hosted an insightful self-development seminar titled “Be Happy,” advancing PUA’s strategy to extend psychological support and build personal resilience among students. During the session, Dr. Naglaa Nada addressed key topics surrounding positivity and emotional well-being, presenting actionable techniques for managing daily stress and academic pressures. Dr. Nada highlighted essential life skills that enable students to build self-confidence and achieve a healthy balance between their academic responsibilities and personal lives.
The event generated exceptional student engagement, featuring active discussions and dynamic Q&A sessions that fulfilled the core objectives of the workshop. Students exchanged perspectives on coping strategies for academic stress, gaining practical insights into maintaining personal balance and emotional health throughout their university journey.
