In a move aimed at connecting new students with the professional reality, PUA’s Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management featured distinguished participation from its alumni during the Orientation Day events for new students. The day took place in a festive atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and a sense of belonging, designed to enhance communication between generations and strengthen the bonds between the college’s students and its graduates.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Prof. Dr. Nourhan Fanaki, Vice President for Educational Process Monitoring and Quality Assurance, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Nassar, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Ghada Bassiouni, Vice Dean, along with faculty members.
The alumni participated with the goal of introducing new students to their practical experiences and professional paths after graduation. They also contributed in highlighting the academic and training support provided by the faculty that contributes to qualifying them for the tourism and hotel job market. Further, they participated in giving valuable advice to their new peers on how to maximize their benefit from the activities and training opportunities available at the faculty.
