PUA Wins the Bronze Medal in Wrestling

Within the framework of the competitions organized by the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation, in which all public and private universities participate, Player/ Mohamed Ahmed Hussein, a student at the Faculty of Engineering, won the third place and the bronze medal in the wrestling championship. He was received by Prof. Dr. Ramadan Abu El-Ela, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, who congratulated him on winning and achieving an advanced position after PUA’s first participation in the Greco-Roman Wrestling. This comes within the framework of many advanced positions achieved by PUA, which include the following:

  • First place and the gold medal in the men’s 1500 meters swimming.
  • First place and the gold medal in the women’s 400-meter medley swimming.
  • First place and the gold medal in the women’s 100-meter backstroke Swimming.
  • Second place and the silver medal in men’s 100-meter fins swimming.
  • Second place and the silver medal in the women’s 100-meter fins swimming.
  • Second place and the silver medal in the men’s 81 kilo Judo.
  • Third place and the bronze medal in Men’s 60 Kilo Greco-Roman Wrestling.
