PUA Sign a Training Protocol with Mabaret Al-Asafra Hospitals
In a bid to implement PUA’s field training plan, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, PUA’s Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, welcomed Dr. Yahya Amr Morsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Mabaret Al-Asafra Hospitals and Laboratories Group, Dr. Mohamed Farid Hamdi, Group’s Executive Director and Secretary General of the Medical Syndicate, and Dr. Hisham Ahmed Saad El-Din, Director of Mabaret Al-Asafra Hospital “West Branch”.
The two parties reviewed the terms of the cooperation protocol between PUA and Mabaret Al-Asafra hospitals and laboratories, which includes training PUA’s students at the Hospital. In addition to qualifying all students in the health, service and educational fields and their applications, and providing academic support and assistance. This would in return promote the role and importance of education in society, and raise students’ skills in all health fields such as medical tests, radiology, anesthesia, physical therapy, and pharmacy, along with some engineering specializations related to medical devices.
Moreover, the two parties agreed to expand the scope of their cooperation to include other activities in the field of scientific research, seminars, conferences, etc., in a way that serves the academic, educational, and training processes for both parties.
