Al Khaleej Arabic-language Newspaper (published in United Arab Emirates) conducted an interview with Prof. Tarek Taha, the Dean of the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences at Pharos University on Monday the 4^th of May, 2020. Prof. Tarek Taha was asked about the serious economic repercussions of the global outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic. He stated that COVID-19 is a looming crisis threatening to devastate the economies of all the world’s countries and can cause deep recession in the global growth rates. He further referred that due to its major significance, many recent scientific studies have tackled and assessed the impacts of Coronavirus pandemic on global economies.
