Languages & Translation Celebrates Orphan’s Day

PUA’s Faculty of Languages and Translation participated in Orphan’s Day activities through a student team of 15 members, under the supervision of the Student Activities Department. The initiative involved organizing a comprehensive educational and recreational day, aiming to provide moral support to the children and bring joy to their hearts in a warm, humanitarian atmosphere.

The program featured a group of educational games blending fun with learning, and the faculty provided stories and coloring books aimed at developing reading and writing skills in a simplified, interactive way. The activities included distributing sweets, juice, and water to the children, adding touches of joy and comfort throughout the day.

This participation falls within the framework of observing Orphan’s Day and embodies the faculty’s commitment to providing activities that support children’s mental and social growth. Furthermore, such initiatives strengthen the values of positive interaction and social responsibility among students, emphasizing the university’s role in serving various community segments through innovative educational and recreational methods.
