Health Awareness Caravan to QIS

As part of its commitment to spreading health awareness and promoting preventive practices within the community, PUA’s the Faculty of Dentistry organized a field awareness caravan to Al-Quds International School (QIS). The initiative involved approximately 30 dental students, in the presence of the faculty’s student activities coordinator, to deliver direct health education to school students.

The caravan aimed to raise awareness regarding oral and dental health, emphasizing the vital importance of daily dental care. Participating students demonstrated effective scientific methods for preventing tooth decay and gum diseases. Furthermore, the activity focused on instilling proper health habits and hygienic practices among school pupils.

This initiative reinforces the active community service role played by the Faculty within its surrounding environment. PUA continues to conduct field campaigns to prepare its students for meaningful civic engagement and to promote preventive medical knowledge among younger generations.
