Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Hana Yassin, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, and under the supervision of a group of faculty members in the Décor Department, Interior Design Program, the graduation projects of the senior students, Décor Department, Interior Design Program, for the academic year 2021-2022 were discussed.

 

The jury included members from the external panel, namely, Prof. Dr. Dina Mandour, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Alexandria University. Prof. Dr. Nagwan Shehata, Professor at the Décor Department, and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Faculty of Fine Arts, Alexandria University.

 

Members of the internal panel were also present, namely, Prof. Dr. Hana Yassin, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hanan Sobhy, Professor and Head of Décor Department, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design. As well as Prof. Dr. Essam Metwalley, Décor Department, PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design in addition to the course professors.

 

The students presented their graduation projects to the jury. The jury carefully discussed them after listening to a detailed explanation of the content, illustrations, elevation, engineering sections, and designs of internal and external perspectives of each project.

 

In conclusion, the jury praised the project ideas submitted by the students and the effort exerted in their implementation.
