Financial Sciences Continues its Qualification Week
The activities of the second day of the Field Training Qualification Week commenced at PUA’s Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences, for the 2025-2026 academic year. This initiative activates PUA’s enriching and sustainable plan aimed at preparing students cognitively and professionally prior to joining the actual work environment, boosting their competitive awareness, and strengthening strategic partnership ties between the academic institution and various productive and service sectors in the market.
The second day’s interactive sessions and training workshops witnessed broad participation and a distinguished presence of experts and representatives from four leading external entities across the petrochemicals, global financial markets, logistical services, and real estate development sectors, aiming to formulate an integrated practical vision that merges administrative theories with direct professional reality. The partner list included the Egyptian Ethylene and Derivatives Company (ETHYDCO), VI Markets company specializing in trading and global financial markets, alongside the Alexandria Sanitary Drainage Company as a model for major service institutions, and Inspire Homes Co. for project management and real estate development.
The activities aimed to equip the student body with financial analysis, administrative control, and crisis management tools, introducing them to the technical and skill sets required to keep pace with the labor market amidst accelerated digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications in accounting, marketing, and human resource management. The Faculty administration emphasized that these direct interactive meetings with decision-makers serve as a core pillar to enhance and build students’ professional readiness, ensuring the graduation of cadres possessing competitive advantages and field expertise enabling them to lead economic institutions with efficiency and merit.
