Arts and Design Joins Awareness Caravan for QIS Children

PUA’s Faculty of Arts and Design participated in an outreach awareness caravan targeting children at Al-Quds International School (QIS). Organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Dentistry and the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences, the initiative forms part of the university’s community service outreach across educational institutions.

The Faculty of Arts and Design led recreational face-painting sessions for children to bring joy and encourage active engagement across the day’s scheduled events. Concurrently, the Faculty of Dentistry delivered oral health awareness sessions explaining dental hygiene practices while distributing toothbrushes and toothpaste to attendees. The team also distributed educational pamphlets highlighting early sleeping habits, dental care, general health, and proper nutrition.

This participation illustrates PUA’s commitment to unifying faculty expertise in executing community initiatives. PUA continuously integrates artistic and educational activities to engage children through combined learning and entertainment, instilling long-term positive health behaviors from an early age.
