As part of its ongoing efforts to connect educational outcomes with labor market needs, PUA’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology hosted a remarkable job fair with the participation of major healthcare companies and institutions in Egypt.

The fair witnessed the attendance of elite representatives from hospitals, medical centers, and medical equipment and supplies companies, alongside faculty graduates and final-year students, who had the opportunity to communicate directly with recruitment officials and explore available job and training opportunities.

During the fair, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, emphasized the importance of PUA’s role in supporting graduates and preparing them for the labor market, noting that the fair represents a successful model for integration between academic education and community needs. He added: “Our youth are the real wealth, and PUA takes responsibility for preparing distinguished cadres capable of competing and effectively contributing to the development of the healthcare sector.”

The fair’s program included numerous workshops and awareness seminars on job application skills, CV writing, and succeeding in personal interviews, which contributed to raising students’ awareness and preparing them for the labor market in a practical manner.

Participants from students and institutional representatives expressed their appreciation for the excellent organization and effectiveness of the event, which represented a genuine opportunity for professional communication and exchange of experiences.

Notably, organizing this fair comes within the framework of PUA’s commitment to supporting community development and graduating qualified cadres that meet the requirements of the evolving labor market in the health field.
