An Awareness Seminar on Homosexuality

PUA’s Community Service and Environmental Development Center (CSED), in cooperation with the Faculty of Art and Design, hosted an extensive awareness meeting. The session addressed the social risks of behaviors and concepts foreign to society, such as homosexuality, while emphasizing the centrality of preserving cultural identity and societal values, activating the university’s educational and mentoring role.

The gathering witnessed vital discussions focusing on the importance of adhering to sound ethical standards, highlighting the pivotal role of families and educational institutions in shaping youth awareness, protecting their mindsets, and enhancing national and cultural identity. Participants, including faculty members and students, emphasized the importance of fostering a conscious and constructive dialogue based on mutual respect without compromising deep-rooted societal and cultural frameworks. This meeting falls within PUA’s continuous efforts to deliver purposeful awareness activities aimed at building balanced and conscious student personalities.
