A Lecture on Medical Emergencies

Within the framework of its strategy to advance clinical skills and continuous medical education, PUA’s Faculty of Dentistry hosted a specialized scientific lecture titled “Medical Emergencies Every Dentist Must Master.” The session focused on rapid and secure response protocols for acute medical emergencies within dental clinics, highlighting essential medical equipment, emergency drug kits, and procedures required to manage critical cases effectively.

The lecture took place in the presence of the Faculty Dean and prominent leaders in dental medicine across Egypt, alongside broad participation from faculty members, teaching assistants, researchers, and students. The keynote lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Sadaka, President of Alsalam University, Professor of Maxillofacial Surgery, and President of the Egyptian Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, who shared advanced clinical insights and practical decision-making frameworks for handling emergency scenarios.

This academic initiative underscores PUA’s dedication to delivering modern medical education that integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical readiness, ensuring the graduation of highly qualified dental professionals capable of maintaining patient safety and healthcare excellence.
