PUA Students actively participated in the second day of the “National Identity: Deep Roots and a Renewed Vision,” Conference hosted at Bibliotheca Alexandrina alongside ministers, intellectuals, and academic experts. The student delegation attended scientific sessions and panel discussions focused on Egyptian national identity, mechanisms for fostering civic belonging, and the roles of education, art, and modern technology in shaping youth consciousness.

The third scientific session, titled “Threats Facing National Identity,” featured prominent academics discussing key contemporary topics. Agenda items covered “Identity in the Digital Age: Artificial Intelligence and Social Media,” “Media and Political Discourse of Political Islam Movements Toward Egyptian Identity,” and “National Identity Amid Economic and Social Challenges.” These sessions provided PUA students with direct insights into academic research addressing cultural and intellectual national security challenges.

This participation underscores PUA’s strategy to encourage student interaction with national forums, fostering direct engagement with policy experts to develop critical thinking and constructive dialogue skills. PUA continues to bridge academic education with cultural awareness, preparing a conscious generation capable of navigating modern global shifts while upholding Egyptian national identity and civic values.
