Launching Green Footprint Campaign

PUA’s Community Service and Environmental Development Center, in collaboration with the Green Pharos Committee at the Faculty of Mass Communication, launched an awareness campaign titled “Green Footprint.” Part of PUA’s third environmental campaign, the initiative aimed to instill sustainable behaviors within the campus by utilizing modern media tools to serve environmental causes.

The campaign relied on producing interactive content, including infographics and awareness videos designed by students to simplify environmental concepts and encourage their peers to adopt eco-friendly practices. The communication messages focused on pivotal issues, most notably rationalizing energy and water consumption, supporting the shift toward clean energy, and preserving natural resources. This initiative embodies PUA’s commitment to supporting student projects that integrate academic specialization with social responsibility, striving for a conscious and sustainable university environment in line with Egypt’s vision for comprehensive development.
