Your Path to Global Companies

PUA’s Faculty of Engineering hosted an awareness and training seminar titled “The Right Path to Securing Jobs at Global Companies”. The event aimed to highlight “freelancing” as one of the most vital modern pathways enabling engineering students to gain practical field experience and generate additional income during their studies by providing independent engineering and technical services online.

The seminar explored promising freelancing fields, most notably engineering design, programming, website and smart application development, mechanical design, and data analysis. The speakers outlined a clear roadmap for success in this path, beginning with choosing the right specialty and honing essential skills through training courses and continuous practice. This is followed by building a professional portfolio to showcase previous projects, leading up to creating strong accounts on global freelancing platforms. The event also featured valuable advice on developing communication skills, time management, and deadline commitment to build a solid professional reputation that qualifies students to enter the global labor market with merit and confidence.
