Applied Sciences’ Field Training Concluded

Pharos University in Alexandria (PUA) celebrated the conclusion of the 2025 Summer Field Training for students of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology in a distinguished ceremony. The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Etman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, alongside faculty leadership and academic staff. The celebration opened with welcoming remarks emphasizing the vital role of field training in bridging the gap between academic curricula and practical applications within healthcare institutions. This approach ensures the preparation of technical cadres who possess direct experience in medical systems and hospital environments, serving as a fundamental pillar of the university’s strategy for advancing applied education.

The ceremony featured a special recognition of the students’ dedication and hard work throughout the training period, with the distribution of accredited training certificates from major partner medical institutions, most notably Ras El-Tin Naval Hospital and Mustafa Kamel Military Hospital. These entities played a crucial role in providing a professional learning environment to refine the students’ skills. Furthermore, the event included awarding certificates of Appreciation to outstanding students who demonstrated exceptional professional excellence. This celebration reaffirms the mission of the PUA Field Training Center to enhance graduates’ success opportunities and qualify them to meet the healthcare sector’s demands with high skill and efficiency.
