PUA’s Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology hosted a cultural seminar titled “Color Your Life” under the supervision of the Student Activities Department. The seminar discussed the importance of the colors of vegetables and fruits and their role in supporting body health, as lecturers explained how each color possesses a set of benefits linked to a specific part of the body’s organs. For example, the seminar covered the effect of red-colored foods on heart and blood health, and how orange and yellow foods supports immunity and skin health.

It also showed the benefits of green vegetables for the digestive system and bone health, as well as how purple fruits and vegetables boost brain health and antioxidants. This seminar aims to raise awareness among students about the importance of proper and balanced nutrition.
