Contract Drafting and Statement of Claim Writing

Practical experience serves as a fundamental pillar in preparing qualified legal professionals. PUA’s Faculty of Legal Studies and International Transactions reinforces this principle through its cultural season events, enabling students to explore professional applications of legal rules and align their skills with job market requirements. Within this framework, the faculty hosted a scientific lecture titled “Contract Drafting and Statement of Claim Writing” delivered by Counselor Osama El-Atfy. Organized under the supervision of the Student Activities Department, the lecture was held in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, alongside several faculty members.

The lecture addressed the legal and technical principles governing contract drafting and statement of claim preparation. Counselor El-Atfy highlighted critical standards required to ensure precision and clarity in legal drafting. This session aimed to equip students with direct practical experience, enhancing their ability to apply academic knowledge to diverse professional scenarios.

This event underscores the Faculty’s commitment to integrating theoretical curricula with practical field application. The faculty continues to host specialized lectures and prominent legal experts, empowering graduates with practical skills to compete effectively in the legal professional market.
