Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Naila Emara, Dean, PUA’s Faculty of Mass Communication held a distinguished training workshop titled “Utilizing Search Engines and Artificial Intelligence Tools in Scientific Research.”

The workshop was presented by Prof. Dr. Hadeer Ahmed via Zoom, with the participation of faculty members, teaching assistants, and researchers in the Digital Media Master’s program. The workshop reviewed the latest trends in utilizing Artificial Intelligence technologies in scientific research fields, and the most important digital tools and platforms that contribute to developing the process of data collection, analysis, and drafting academic studies with precision and efficiency.

The presenter also discussed the optimal use of academic search engines and the importance of AI in supporting researchers in preparing modern studies, in line with international scientific publication standards. Dr. Emara emphasized the importance of these workshops in enhancing the competency of faculty members and researchers and strengthening their ability to employ modern technologies to serve scientific research and knowledge production in light of the accelerating digital transformation.
